Juniper Gin

We add the following Fairtrade and organic botanicals to our quinoa vodka base: Uzbek juniper berries, lemons from Morocco, angelica roots, cardamon, coriander and timut pepper. We use a stainless steel still, for a wonderful distillate at 42%

NEGRONI

·        1 Oz FAIR Gin

·        1 Oz Campari

·        1 Oz sweet vermouth

Pour all ingredients into a glass full of ice. Stir and garnish with an orange zest
