Kumquat Margarita

1 1/2 oz 4 Copas Organic Tequila Blanco

1 oz FAIR Kumquat Triple Sec

1/2 oz Lime Juice

Salt & Lime Wedge 

Garnish Rosemary sprig

Wet rim of glass with lime wedge; dip in salt

Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice, shake 

Strain into salt rimmed glass

Garnish with rosemary sprig
